At Sajid Malik Consultancy, we prioritize our clients’ satisfaction and aim to provide the most efficient visa application process. We understand that visa rejections can be frustrating, and we have established a clear and fair refund policy to ensure transparency and peace of mind for our clients.
Visa Rejection for European Countries
In the event that your visa application for any European country is rejected, we offer a 100% refund of the consultancy fee paid. This refund will be processed after the visa rejection notice has been received and verified. We believe in providing our clients with financial peace of mind, knowing that they will not bear the full cost in case of rejection.
Interview-Based Countries
For countries that require an interview as part of the visa process, including some EU and Gulf countries, a non-refundable fee of €1000 will be deducted from the total amount. The remaining fee will be refunded if the visa is rejected. This fee covers the additional preparation and administrative services involved in handling interview-based applications.
Refund Processing
Refund requests must be made within 30 days of receiving the official visa rejection notice. Once we verify the rejection, we will initiate the refund process, which typically takes 7-14 business days to complete. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction unless otherwise agreed upon.
Non-Refundable Fees
Please note that any third-party fees, such as government processing fees, visa application fees, or other charges paid directly to authorities or service providers, are non-refundable and are not covered under this policy.
Terms and Conditions
This refund policy applies only to visa applications submitted and processed by Sajid Malik Consultancy. Refunds will not be issued if the rejection is due to incomplete or incorrect documentation, failure to attend the visa interview, or any other issues arising from client non-compliance with the visa application process.
